Job Description
Develop, launch, manage, and scale Google Search, Display, and Video campaigns focused on lead generation and sales.
Take ownership of campaign performance, from ad strategy and targeting to conversion tracking and sales outcomes.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and bidding optimization to improve lead quality and conversions.
Develop strategies that generate qualified, high-intent leads and actual customers, not just clicks.
Monitor and optimize the full customer acquisition funnel from ad click ? lead ? customer ? sale.
Analyze campaign and sales data to improve CPA, ROAS, ROI, lead quality, and revenue.
Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
Review landing pages, website performance, conversion tracking, and user experience to identify opportunities that improve leads and sales.
Collaborate with the Web Development team and stakeholders to improve tracking, website performance, and conversion rates.
Use data, automation, and AI tools to improve campaign efficiency and decision-making.
Provide regular reports and actionable insights focused on lead generation, sales, revenue, and ROI.
Essential Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing medium to large-scale Google Ads accounts.
Proven track record of generating qualified leads and actual sales through Google Ads.
Demonstrated success improving conversion rates, lead quality, CPA, ROAS, ROI, and sales revenue.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and bidding strategies.
Understanding of landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization, and the customer acquisition funnel.
Ability to identify and resolve tracking, website, and conversion issues that impact lead quality and sales.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable business results.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Active Google Ads Certifications are preferred.
Experience in e-commerce, retail, lead generation, or sales-focused businesses is an advantage.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to generate qualified leads, drive actual sales, improve ROI, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
