About The Role

ODI Nepal, on behalf of our partner organization Jagdamba Motors Pvt. Ltd. (TVS – 2W), is seeking an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to lead the Showroom Sales Department at the Corporate Office, Naxal. The position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, achieving sales and service targets, and ensuring a superior customer experience in line with TVS brand standards.

Job Summary

The Branch Manager will supervise showroom operations, manage the sales team, ensure smooth service coordination, and oversee inventory and documentation to achieve business objectives and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the showroom sales and service team to meet monthly and annual targets.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional showroom operations.
  • Manage inventory, display, vehicle delivery, and documentation processes.
  • Coordinate with Head Office for planning, forecasting, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement improvement plans.
  • Maintain brand compliance and service excellence in line with TVS standards.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive showroom or branch management.
  • Prior experience in the 2-wheeler segment will be an added advantage.

  • Salary Range: Negotiable based on experience, qualifications, and company policies.
