Job Description

What will be your mission?

• Ensure that projects under your responsibility are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget (when applicable);
• Document decisions, processes, and risks;
• Ensure process standardization;
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with cross-functional teams and management;
• Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution;
• Develop spreadsheets, dashboards, and process maps to document requirements and support project activities;
• Propose solutions and provide guidance to improve work methods and systems in an agile manner;
• Collect and analyze data to support decision-making;
• Prepare and implement reports as needed;
• Support process mapping initiatives to drive improvements, optimize quality, reduce lead times, and improve cost efficiency.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture;
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel;
• Advanced English proficiency;
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end project governance (scope, timeline, risk management, and stakeholder management);
• Clear, objective, and structured communication skills;
• Experience managing projects related to construction, expansion, or physical site implementation;
• Proven ownership and accountability for full project delivery from start to finish.
