About The Role

As an Ingeniero EH&S (Environment, Health and Safety), you will play a key role in ensuring safe and compliant operations by proactively identifying risks and integrating EHS standards into business processes and new projects.

This role has a direct impact on operational excellence by supporting the implementation of projects, managing changes through MOC (Management of Change), and contributing to a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

As an Ingeniero EH&S, you’ll be responsible for:

• Identifying and evaluating risks and opportunities through Management of Change (MOC) processes
• Integrating EH&S requirements into the implementation and execution of new projects
• Executing EH&S procedures, reporting, and training across multiple disciplines (Health, Safety, Environmental Compliance)
• Monitoring compliance with EH&S regulatory requirements and identifying non-conformities
• Interpreting and communicating EH&S regulations and practices to ensure proper understanding across the organization
  
  

Requirements

We are looking for people who are proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and continuous improvement. If this is you, get in touch.

As a Minimum You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental & Safety Engineering, Pharmaceutical Biology, or related field
• At least 1.5 years of experience in EH&S, industrial safety, environmental or occupational health areas
• Experience in project implementation and risk assessment
• Knowledge of EH&S regulations and compliance processes
• English level B2 (reading and writing)
  
  

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Experience with Management of Change (MOC) processes
• Exposure to EH&S management systems (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001)
• Experience delivering EH&S training programs or developing training materials
