Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of physical automation projects
• Support the development and optimization of control systems to improve automation processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of manufacturing initiatives
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting to maintain world-class production standards
• Document processes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program or equivalent experience in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Basic understanding of mechatronics and control systems
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or project involvement in factory automation or smart manufacturing
• Knowledge of programming languages used in automation (e.g., PLC, Python)
• Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols
• Demonstrated ability to successfully implement automation solutions
