Job Summary: Obtaining targeted utilization & efficiency on production machines in shifts with targeted scrap

Setting and maintaining quality parameters as per required.

Accountable for checking, authorizing & correct documentation of quality sheets, line clearances & shift reporting.

Maintaining safety, discipline & proper housekeeping on shop floor

Checking, authorizing & correct documentation of quality sheets, line clearances & shift reporting.

Maintaining safety, discipline & proper housekeeping on shop floor.

Attending machinal breakdowns and correcting problems to increase m/c run time.

Improve utilization of men & machines – by effective co-ordination with the shift in-charge and quality persons & continuous technical improvement

Carrying out tool & job changeovers in shifts.

Skills Required :Effective verbal/written co-ordination with colleagues, maintenance team, coordinator & dept. head.

Accountable for checking, authorizing & correct documentation of quality sheets, line clearances & shift reporting.

Needs the skill to analyze m/c breakdowns & take corrective actions.

Good supervisory skills to handle work force.
