We’re looking for a Event Operations Manager to lead the execution of wedding and event projects. You’ll ensure smooth coordination between teams, vendors, and clients to deliver events on time, within scope and budget. If you’re organized, people-focused, and thrive in dynamic environments, we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end wedding and event projects with teams and vendors.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Build strong client relationships and provide regular updates.
• Coordinate with vendors and oversee production setup (décor, AV, lighting, stage).
• Supervise on-ground execution, site inspections, and troubleshoot issues.
• Track progress, mitigate risks, and continuously improve processes.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in event/project/production management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
