Job Opening: Floor Supervisor (Automobile Showroom)
Location: Verna, Goa
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time
We are hiring an experienced Floor Supervisor to manage daily service floor and workshop operations for a leading automobile showroom in Verna.
What You Will Do:
Supervise daily floor operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely vehicle delivery.
Coordinate between technicians, service advisors, and customers.
Maintain quality and safety standards on the service floor.
Assist in diagnosing technical issues and managing team performance.
What We Are Looking For:
Education: Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in an automobile service center or showroom workshop.
Skills: Strong leadership qualities, good communication, and technical problem-solving skills.
