Core Responsibilities

• Generate Life, Health, and General Insurance business through the agency channel
  
• Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors/agents
  
• Manage and motivate a team of advisors to achieve sales targets
  
• Drive branch revenue, productivity, and profitability
  
• Provide ongoing sales support, field coaching, and performance monitoring
  
• Conduct training sessions on products, sales techniques, and compliance
  
• Build strong customer and advisor relationships
  
• Ensure branch operations follow company and regulatory guidelines
  
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics
  
• Develop local market strategies for business expansion
