Team Lead-Paralegal

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Team Lead with strong experience in Personal Injury, workers’ compensation, lemon law, and employment law. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of contract processes, excellent people management skills, and the ability to drive performance, accuracy, and compliance in all contract-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Supervision:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of legal associates working on personal injury cases with practice areas of Tort and worker compensation.
• Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure timely delivery of assignments with high quality.
• Provide training and continuous feedback to team members to enhance productivity and legal acumen.
• Act as the first point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing production trackers, dashboards, Governance decks and Minutes of meetings
  
  

• Provide paralegal-level understanding and support for matters related to personal injury law, workers’ compensation, lemon law, and employment law as required by specific client needs.
• Review relevant legal documents, assist in case preparation, and ensure compliance with applicable legal standards.
  
  

• Liaise with internal departments and external clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in client calls, provide updates, and resolve contract-related queries or issues.
  
  

• Identify opportunities for automation, template creation, and process enhancement within the projects.
• Ensure documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories are always updated.
  
  

• LLB or equivalent law degree from a reputed institution.
• 6–8 years of legal experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership position.
• Strong experience in on personal injury cases with practice areas of Tort and worker compensation.
• Paralegal experience in personal injury law, workers’ compensation, lemon law, and employment law is required.
• Excellent communication, drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with legal tech platforms is a plus.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
