About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying top talent, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills to support hiring across various functions and levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align hiring strategies.

• Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for both skills and culture.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Negotiate offers, manage documentation, and ensure smooth onboarding.

• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire to optimize hiring efficiency.

• Stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience (1+ years preferred) in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or staffing environment.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
