The candidate must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.

Role & responsibilities:

• Conducting Pre Onboarding Documentation Check before releasing Offer & Releasing offers Manually and through Oracle System.
• Conducting Onboarding & Documentation Session the date of joining- Virtually & Physically.
• Complete Pre Onboarding & Onboarding formalities in Oracle system for new joiners
• Co-ordination required between candidates & the internal stakeholders.
• Maintaining & updating different HR-OPS reports.
• Closing of different requests raised by employee on internal portal.
• Flexible to stretch the working hours whenever needed to Conduct Onboarding sessions for new joiners or to extend offers.
• Complete onboarding formalities in Oracle system for new joiners.
• Carrying out different activities related to pre & post Onboarding.
• Query Resolution-HR Tool
  
  

• Any Graduate / PG
• Ability to work independently yet remain an active member of a collaborative team
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions. (Excel)
• Strong instructional design skills, including evaluation methodologies; experience with global design.
