Responsibilities

Were looking for an experienced Procurement specialist to join our Procurement Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the procurement lifecycle for IT hardware, Infrastructure and additional Real estate services such as transportation, meal, housekeeping services, AMC etc in India & Global region
• Coordinating with regional/global IT, finance, and other business stakeholders to understand project and operational requirements
• Preparing RFPs/RFQs, analyze bids, conduct commercial and technical evaluations, and finalize vendor selections
• Working closely with Legal & Finance, stakeholders’ teams for requirement and contract reviews
• Tracking and monitoring procurement KPIs (lead time, cost savings, vendor performance, etc.)
  
  
  

What Were Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engg., IT, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management with 1-3 years of experience in procurement
• Managing end to end procurement processes in India & International market
• Strong exposure to IT hardware, & IT infrastructure procurement, additional facility services along with contract management and SLAs
  
  
  

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Masters (MBA or PGDM) degree
• Working knowledge of Coupa, SAP relevant procurement application
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Power Point
