Role Summary
We are hiring a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) to deliver our EUC/IT Support Engineer training track covering Microsoft Intune, SCCM (Configuration Manager), Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows Server administration. You will train aspiring IT support engineers, desktop support professionals, server administrators, and career switchers—taking them from fundamentals to Microsoft certification (MD-102, AZ-140, AZ-800/801, SC-300, MS-102) and job placement readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver instructor-led training (classroom and virtual) using Microsoft official courseware.
Teach core modules: device management, endpoint security, user support, troubleshooting, identity & access, modern provisioning, server administration.
Build and maintain hands-on lab environments. (Microsoft 365 tenant, Azure, Intune, SCCM, Windows Server)
Prepare learners for Microsoft certifications: MD-102, AZ-140, AZ-800/801, SC-300, MS-102
Run real enterprise scenarios—ticket simulations, OS deployment, app packaging, conditional access policies, Autopilot enrolments, Active Directory and server role configuration.
Log every session in Metrics That Matter (MTM) per Microsoft TSP requirements.
Issue post-training achievement codes to learners.
Mentor students toward target roles:
IT Support Engineer (L1 / L2)
EUC Engineer
Desktop Support Engineer
Modern Workplace Engineer
Endpoint Administrator
Server Administrator / Windows Server Administrator
Stay current with Microsoft Learn updates, product releases, and exam refreshes.
Experience
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of hands-on experience in large enterprise deployments. (1,000+ endpoints / multi-site / multi-region environments)
Proven track record delivering EUC, endpoint management, and server infrastructure projects in enterprise settings. (banking, healthcare, government, telecom, oil & gas, or similar regulated industries preferred)
Experience working with enterprise change management, SLA-driven operations, and large-scale rollout planning.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline (required).
Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, or related field (strongly preferred — to support future expansion into advanced tracks such as Azure architecture, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and cloud-native technologies).
Continuous learning mindset with willingness to upskill into adjacent Microsoft and multi-cloud domains as our curriculum expands.
Certifications & Technical Skills
Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status — or willing to enroll within 60 days (sponsorship provided).
Minimum one MCT-qualifying certification, preferably MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator), AZ-140 (Azure Virtual Desktop), or AZ-800/801 (Windows Server Hybrid Administrator).
Verified Instructional Skills Certificate (ISC) from a Microsoft-approved provider (for new MCTs).
Strong Working Knowledge
Microsoft Intune (MDM, MAM, compliance, conditional access) at enterprise scale.
SCCM / Configuration Manager (OSD, software updates, application deployment, co-management) across large hierarchies.
Windows Autopilot and modern provisioning for mass deployments.
Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Group Policy in multi-forest / hybrid environments.
Microsoft Defender for Endpoint at scale.
Windows Server (AD DS, DNS, DHCP, file & print services, Hyper-V, server roles, hybrid identity, failover clustering).
Excellent communication and classroom delivery skills (in-person and virtual via Teams).
Ability to teach mixed audiences—freshers, L1/L2 support engineers, server admins, and mid-career professionals.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or postgraduate diploma in a relevant technology discipline.
