Business Title Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Role Purpose Statement Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis activities specifically related to Bunges industrial operations and the consolidation of financial results across various business units. This role will involve in-depth analysis of industrial performance, including manufacturing costs, capital expenditures, and operational efficiencies, while also ensuring the accurate and timely consolidation of financial data for management reporting. The Manager will partner closely with industrial plant managers, operational teams, and corporate finance to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Main Accountabilities

Lead and manage the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans for Bunges industrial operations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of industrial performance, including cost of goods sold (COGS), manufacturing variances, plant profitability, capital expenditure proposals, and operational efficiency metrics.

Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements and reports for internal management, providing clear insights into overall company performance, key trends, and variances against plan.

Oversee the consolidation process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across multiple entities and regions, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliation.

Partner with industrial site leadership, supply chain, and other functional teams to understand operational drivers, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support performance improvement initiatives.

Provide insightful variance analysis for both industrial results and consolidated financial performance, explaining deviations from budget/forecast and recommending corrective actions.

Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities for both industrial analysis and financial consolidation.

Education & Experience CA with 5-6 years experience in FP&A, MBA with 8 years experience

Minimum of 5-6 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
