What You’ll Be Doing

Do you have a passion for helping others and providing them peace of mind? In this role, you'll work to resolve customer issues via phone and multiple platforms such as text, email, social media, direct messaging, and other nonverbal written communication channels. Whether it’s providing quick answers, offering compassionate product consultations, or resolving issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between an average customer experience and an exceptional one.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Answer incoming calls from healthcare plan members .
  • Understand the coverage and healthcare requirements by interacting with members on phone
  • Resolve member issues through verbal and written communication.

What You Bring To The Role

  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and converse proficiently in US English .
  • Computer literacy.
