Position: Business Development Executive / Specialist / Manager

Requirements

2–6 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition

Proven experience in getting business from international markets

Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour

Strong experience in email marketing campaigns and outbound calling

Experience working with CRM tools to manage leads, pipelines, and follow-ups

Ability to handle and close foreign clientele professionally

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proven track record of achieving international sales targets

Comfortable working on the night shift aligned with global time zones

Strong networking and long-term client relationship management skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)
