• Design, develop, and lead large-scale backend systems and microservices.
• Drive cloud-native transformation and modernization initiatives on AWS EKS.
• Build high-performance REST APIs using Spring Boot 2.x/3.x.
• Lead Java upgrades and optimize application performance.
• Implement observability, resilience, and reliability best practices.
• Partner with DevOps teams on CI/CD, containerization, and platform engineering.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and drive RCA activities.
• Mentor teams and ensure engineering excellence across the platform.

• Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka/RabbitMQ

The ideal candidate will have strong architecture and design experience, a passion for innovation, and the ability to lead engineering teams in delivering high-quality software solutions.

• Design, develop, and implement robust Java-based applications using Java 8+.
• Architect scalable, high-performance enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Mentor developers and drive engineering best practices.

• Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and OOP concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate.
• Expertise in RESTful APIs and Web Services.
• Strong database knowledge (SQL, MySQL, Oracle).
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
