Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven, strategic Google Ads Specialist to join our team in a fully Remote (WFH) capacity. This role is specifically designed for a performance marketer who has a proven track record of managing high-budget accounts for international clients, with a mandatory emphasis on the Canadian market.

The ideal candidate understands the nuances of North American consumer behavior, localizing campaigns for specific provinces, and navigating the unique competitive landscape of Canadian e-commerce and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Google Ads strategies (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube) tailored for Canadian audiences.

Localization: Adapt ad copy, keywords, and targeting to reflect Canadian English (and French, if applicable) and regional nuances (e.g., targeting GTA vs. Vancouver).

Performance Tracking: Set up and maintain precise conversion tracking via GTM and GA4 to ensure accurate attribution across international time zones.

Optimization: Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI/ROAS.

Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly performance deep-dives, translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Budget Management: Oversee monthly spend across multiple accounts, ensuring budgets are paced correctly and allocated to the highest-performing segments.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, specifically managing accounts for International/Western clients.

Technical Skills: * Expertise in Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) for custom event tracking.

Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills suitable for client-facing interactions.

Remote Ready: Proven ability to work independently in a WFH environment, maintaining high productivity and meeting deadlines across different time zones.
