Job Description

We are seeking experienced B2C Sales / Acquisition Professionals for Delhi NCR & Chandigarh who excel at direct customer acquisition and on-ground selling. This is a high-conversion, incentive-driven role in the consumer healthcare sector.

What You’ll Be Selling

Preventive health check packages
Wellness programs
Subscription-based healthcare services

Role Expectations

Direct field sales (no inside sales)
Daily customer acquisition and conversions
On-ground activations, society drives, and corporate tie-ups

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of B2C field sales experience
Strong closing ability
Comfortable working with targets and performance incentives

Preferred Backgrounds

Insurance, Wellness, Pharma, EdTech, Banking, Real Estate, Direct Sales

Compensation

Fixed salary + high performance-based incentives
