Job Description

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ledgers

• Handle day-to-day accounting and expense entries

• Maintain and verify documentation for all expenses and payments

• Manage school fee books and fee payment records

• Record and monitor day-to-day school expenses

• Ensure all accounting transactions follow company policies and accounting guidelines

• Verify bills, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents

• Maintain proper financial records and documentation

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting activities

• Coordinate with management regarding accounts and financial records

Requirements

✅ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping

✅ Good understanding of ledgers, expenses, fees, and documentation

✅ Tally knowledge is mandatory

✅ Good numerical and analytical skills

✅ Strong attention to detail

✅ Fluent English communication

✅ Ability to follow company accounting rules anprocedures

✅ Male candidates only
