NPD Executive

Dermatouch is looking for a creative and research-driven NPD Executive to lead the development of innovative skincare and wellness products. The role involves market research, product conceptualization, coordination with third-party manufacturers, formulation development, packaging coordination, and product launch execution.

The ideal candidate should have experience in skincare, cosmetics, personal care, or wellness product development with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Research skincare and wellness market trends, competitor products, and emerging ingredients
  
• Develop new product concepts aligned with brand strategy and consumer demand
  
• Coordinate with formulators, manufacturers, packaging vendors, and design teams
  
• Work on product formulation trials, sample approvals, and product testing
  
• Manage timelines from concept to commercial launch
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
  
• Coordinate for product claims, ingredient positioning, and packaging content
  
• Collaborate with marketing and performance teams for successful product launches
  
• Maintain NPD documentation, costing, and product development trackers
  
• Source innovative ingredients, packaging ideas, and market opportunities
