BRANCH MANAGER Ahmadabad

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Ahmedabad branch and drive business growth through channel sales.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in plywood sales, dealer/distributor management, channel development, team handling, and business expansion. The candidate will be responsible for achieving branch revenue targets, strengthening the dealer network, developing new markets, and managing the overall sales operations of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of the Ahmedabad branchs sales and business operations.
  
• Drive channel sales through dealers, distributors, retailers, and other trade partners.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and other channel partners.
  
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
  
• Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors to expand market reach.
  
• Develop and execute effective territory and channel sales strategies.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and product movement.
  
• Ensure healthy primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.
  
• Lead, manage, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve business objectives.
  
• Set sales targets for team members and regularly review their performance.
  
• Ensure proper follow-up on orders, collections, outstanding payments, and market receivables.
  
• Coordinate with the HO, finance, logistics, production, and other departments for smooth order fulfilment and customer service.
  
• Monitor dealer-wise sales performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
  
• Ensure optimum market coverage and improve the companys presence across Ahmedabad and surrounding markets.
  
• Prepare and submit regular sales MIS, market reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
  
• Handle customer and dealer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  
• Drive product visibility, brand promotion, and market penetration in the assigned territory.
