Job Description

You are a motivated and detail-oriented student or recent graduate with a strong interest in real estate. You are eager to gain hands-on experience within an Agency team, supporting operations across all asset classes.

You are analytical, well-organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. You are curious about market dynamics, client relationships, and transaction processes, and you are ready to contribute proactively to team activities while learning from experienced professionals.

You combine a strong work ethic with good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Your Activities

• Provide operational and business support to the Agency team across all asset classes.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and listing documentation.
• Support the collection, organization, and analysis of market data and comparable transactions.
• Assist in coordinating property viewings, site inspections, and client meetings.
• Support the drafting of reports, market overviews, and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with different business lines when required, ensuring a transversal exposure across asset classes.
• Provide general team support in ongoing mandates and business development initiatives.
  
  

• Academic degree (Architecture, Engineering, Economics preferred).
• Interest in the Real Estate market and agency activities.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ambitious and self-motivated.
• Native Italian speaker or C1 level, intermediate (B1 level) in English
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
