Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential rural business banking clients
• Understand the financial needs of clients and provide appropriate solutions and services
• Identify and acquire new clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and cold calling
• Conduct regular client visits to understand their business and provide personalized financial advice
• Cross-sell other banking products and services to clients to increase revenue and deepen relationships
• Monitor and manage the credit portfolio of clients to ensure timely repayments and minimize risk
• Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and product to provide seamless service to clients
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
