Responsibilities

External Job Description

Ensure shift safety through Tool Box Talks and permit controls
Meet daily production targets while following safety, quality & EHS norms
Monitor resin processing (heating/cooling profiles, reactor parameters, batch cycles)
Perform online batch checks, sampling, SAP entries, and batch documentation
Coordinate LOTO, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance in SAP
Support QA approvals, RCA for deviations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Report unsafe conditions and handle emergencies as required

Qualification: Diploma in Chemical | Max Age: 26

Experience: 1–3 years in Chemical/Resin/Adhesive/Pharma manufacturing

Skills: Polymer chemistry, utilities, DCS/PLC, SAP (PP/MM), MS Office
