Job Description
- 🔧 What You'll Be Doing:
- Create precise technical drawings using CAD software, based on on-site measurements and project requirements.
- Develop project-related designs that meet safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure designs align with overall company objectives.
- Prepare and present project drafts and proposals as needed.
- Supervise construction works, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Support Project Managers both in design phases and during on-site execution.
- Participate in projects as a design engineer and/or site supervision expert.
- Conduct site assessments, analyze land/topography/soil data, and identify any environmental challenges.
- Ensure all projects adhere to local regulations, codes, and obtain necessary permits.
- Communicate promptly with management on any execution challenges or risks.
- Oversee project execution from concept to handover — managing timelines, budgets, and coordination between stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality, timely completion and documentation of all design deliverables.
- Provide monthly progress reports and status updates.
- Prepare accurate project budgets, schedules, and cost estimations.
- Promote and enforce a culture of safety on-site, complying with all company safety regulations.
- 💡 What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in CAD design (AutoCAD or similar).
- Strong background in civil or structural engineering.
- Excellent project coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with local building codes, environmental regulations, and permitting processes.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Effective communicator, both in technical and cross-functional settings.
