Production Planner

Main Duties:

 Reviewing and entering to SAP system acceptance reports related to Production activities.

 Organization of statistics for major stoppage causes of packing machines, palletizer and applicator

 Participation in planning weekly meeting together with production, sales and logistics department

 Monthly Technical Meeting, Permits Matrix Meeting and ensure relevant files in Google Drive are up to

date

 Manage, coordinate, and oversee the execution of projects carried out within the factory premises related

to the Technical Department, as assigned by the Line Manager.

 Be fully aware of and strictly follow the safety rules and regulations in the company to ensure safe working

environment for him/her-self and people around

 Check TIS on daily basis = make sure all data's in TIS are correct

 Check SAP on weekly basis = make sure consumption, production and stocks are correct in SAP

 Material balancing = on weekly and monthly basis, make sure stocks in books match the reality

 month end closing

 Production planning in SAP on weekly basis

 Production planning in EEM module in TIS on weekly basis

 Support for various request related to reporting (examples : excel sheet on demand)

 Annual reporting: ATR or equivalent, PMP or equivalent

 Support for various requests related to presentations preparation for the technical department

 Conducting monthly and daily checks to ensure the correct balance (raw materials, cement additives,

clinker and cement).

 Writing PR for Production Department

 Production and technical reports - ensure that all input data are consistent.

 Participate in the month end closing (Month end is done on time with no mistake)

 Monthly inventory of production materials (cement, clinker, cement additives, packing materials)

 Material creation for Production Department (zmm_masimo)

 Carries out regular control of the stocks for raw materials, additives, clinker and cement (Regular follow up

done / no running out of raw materials and additives, difference in the stocks is acceptable)

 Carries out regular comparison of numbers in TIS and SAP.

 Participates in different projects on site
