Web Developer - GoHighLevel

Overview

We’re seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our technology team and work with sophisticated business platforms to create customized solutions that drive real business transformation. You’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge business automation tools like GoHighLevel and Salesforce while solving complex technical challenges that directly impact client success. This role offers the perfect blend of technical expertise and business impact, with regular collaboration with leadership and the potential to grow into a full-time position as our client base expands.

Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule within the client’s business hours (between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm) (US Eastern Time, 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure GoHighLevel systems to meet specific client business requirements
• Develop and modify Salesforce implementations for optimal business process automation
• Create functional solutions and integrations within existing platforms and systems
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance for maximum efficiency
• Collaborate directly with business leadership on strategic technical implementations
• Ensure seamless system integrations that support client operational needs and goals
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for platform customizations
• Document technical solutions and create process guides for system usage
• Stay current with platform updates and new features to maximize client value

Requirements

• 2-3 years of web development experience with a focus on platform customization and integration
• Strong hands-on experience with the GoHighLevel platform development and configuration
• Proven proficiency in Salesforce development, customization, and administration
• Solid understanding of CRM systems and business process automation principles
• Experience working with existing systems and platforms rather than ground-up development
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and system optimization
• Experience with API integrations and system connectivity solutions
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical team members
• Reliable internet connection and a professional development environment setup
