Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement engaging learning programs and training modules aligned with organizational goals.
• Utilize Learning Management Systems to deliver, track, and report on training activities.
• Conduct training needs analysis across teams to identify skill gaps and areas for development.
• Create and update e-learning content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate training outcomes and optimize learning strategies.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning by organizing workshops, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Experience with Instructional Design and e-learning development tools.
