Job Title: QA Associate, Operations

Location: Redmond, WA

Reports to: QA Manager

Shifts: Days, Wednesday to Saturday, 10 hour shifts, ending 7:00pm,

with Ad-hoc days for business requirements.

The Role

We’re looking for a passionate and curious QA Associate to join our team. If you’re excited by new challenges, solving complex problems, and learning every step of the way, you might just be the perfect fit. What You’ll Do

• Review executed Manufacturing Batch Records
• Execute compliance walkthrough of the Manufacturing floor and other assigned areas.
• Partner with Manufacturing to ensure compliance in Manufacturing operations.
• Triage Manufacturing events and support event investigations.
• Support internal and client audits.
• Alert senior management of significant quality, compliance, supply, and safety risks.
• Support activities for document management as needed.
  
  

Who You Are

• Bachelors Degree biological sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, engineering, or related life science field and 1 year of relevant quality experience OR Associate’s degree and 3 years of relevant quality experience OR High school diploma / GED and 6 years of relevant quality experience.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate and communicate cross-functionally

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $78,000 to $83,000; this is a salary or hourly exempt or non-exempt role. Base salary offered may vary depending on the individual’s skills, experience and competitive market value. Additional total rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, short-term and long-term disability, company paid basic life insurance, 401k company match, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits.
