Talent Acquisition Executive

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding

• Primarily responsible for hiring candidates for Customer Support roles, along with other technical and non-technical positions

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and referrals

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements

• Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability

• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers/clients

• Roll out offer letters and follow up until joining

• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment status in trackers/ATS

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets

• Build and nurture a database of potential candidates for future requirements
