Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Manager-Acquisition (Household) at our Ratlam branch. The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships by promoting our retail banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
  • Conduct sales meetings with potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable solutions
  • Cross-sell and upsell the banks products and services to existing customers to increase their wallet share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the bank
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to the branch manager on sales activities and performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of retail banking products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
