Executive - Planning And Distribution

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end order processing cycle, including order entry, invoicing, credit/debit notes, billing, and dispatch documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Production, and Transport teams to ensure on-time delivery and achieve delivery performance targets.
• Monitor order fulfillment and proactively provide accurate updates on order and delivery status to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure stock availability aligns with business and customer requirements.
• Identify and resolve delivery and service issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and minimize complaints.
• Demonstrate company leadership values and actively contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused culture, strengthening the Penguin Spirit across daily operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• More than 3 years of experience in planning, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach.
