Qualifications           : B.E or M.E.

Experience                : At least 5 - 10 Years, need min 3 years as management position

Location                    : INERGY-Manesar, Gurgaon

1. Position Summary

Manage production activities in order to insure quality products delivered on time to the customer.

Responsible to put in place any preventive and corrective action to meet the health, safety and environment standards. Responsible to insure that everybody in his/her team will respect them.

1.  Manage efficient production to insure customer delivery

• Responsible to produce according to the customer requirements
• Responsible to produce quality products
• Responsible for good production declaration and minimum gap with inventory
• Responsible that subordinates and operators will strictly follow safety rules

2. Hire and develop production team

• Develop and empower shift leaders
• Hire, develop and insure operators training
• Secure production by multi-skilling and risk management
• Empower shift leaders to be responsible for safety on the shop floor

• Lead the IPS process in the plant
• Involve all functions

4. 5S

• Lead 5S process in the plant
• Involve all functions

4.  TPM

• Insure execution of maintenance plan related to production
• Train shift leaders and operators
