Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
• Handle and resolve any customer inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure the safety and security of the airport by conducting security checks and following all safety protocols
• Assist with airport operations such as baggage handling, loading and unloading of cargo, and aircraft pushback
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal
• Collaborate with other ground staff and airport personnel to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Provide wheelchair assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs
• Maintain accurate records and reports of daily activities
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as airport regulations and guidelines Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
