Role Summary

A reputed CBSE School at Nainital is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen the schools digital presence and support its branding, admissions, communication, and promotional activities.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and online campaign management, with a strong understanding of how digital platforms can be used to enhance brand visibility and student admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for the school.
  
• Manage the schools social media platforms and maintain a consistent online presence.
  
• Create engaging content for social media, website, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  
• Plan and execute digital campaigns for admissions, events, and school activities.
  
• Manage social media posts, reels, videos, creatives, and promotional content.
  
• Coordinate with the school management and various departments to collect relevant content.
  
• Monitor website and social media performance and prepare regular reports.
  
• Track digital campaign performance, engagement, leads, and conversions.
  
• Support online admission campaigns and lead-generation activities.
  
• Monitor competitor activities and digital marketing trends in the education sector.
  
• Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, designers, or other vendors whenever required.
  
• Ensure the schools brand image and communication remain professional across digital platforms.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
  
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably with a school, education organization, hospitality brand, or other reputed organization.
  
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  
• Experience in content creation and social media management.
  
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and online lead-generation campaigns will be an advantage.
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Basic knowledge of graphic design/video editing tools will be preferred.
  
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
