Quality Officer

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures in accordance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and other quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide recommendations to enhance overall quality performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate training sessions to educate employees on quality protocols and best practices.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HACCP implementation and monitoring, GMP, RCA, or similar quality management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor) will be a plus.
• Candidate ready to work in 3 rotational shifts
