Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct inspections and testing of products or materials to ensure they meet specifications.
- Investigate and address customer complaints regarding quality.
- Develop and implement quality improvement processes.
- Monitor and audit quality performance.
- Train staff on quality control measures.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain documentation of quality reports and inspections.

- Proven experience as a quality officer or similar role.
- Understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate across departments.
- Certification in quality control is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Female candidate is preferred.
- Candidate should be strong in audits with in-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise in food safety compliance.
