Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our logistics operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining shipment, inventory, and transportation data. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update shipment, dispatch, inventory, and delivery data into the logistics management system.
  
• Verify the accuracy of invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, and transport documents.
  
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  
• Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to resolve data discrepancies.
  
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
  
• Track order status and update customers or internal teams as required.
  
• Scan, file, and organize logistics documents for easy retrieval.
  
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
  
• Follow company procedures and meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
  

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree is an advantage.
  
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry software.
  
• Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain, and inventory processes.
  
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
