Junior Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Junior Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for finding new customers, visiting customers in the assigned area, explaining our products, and generating sales.

This is a good opportunity for candidates who are starting their career in sales and are interested in the interior and building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B and B2C customers.
  

• Visit customers and understand their requirements.
  

• Explain and present our PVC Designer Wall & Ceiling Panels.
  

• Generate new leads through market visits, calls, referrals, and networking.
  

• Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
  

• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
  

• Prepare quotations and share product information.
  

• Maintain records of customer visits, leads, and follow-ups.
  

• Coordinate with the office team for order processing and customer service.
  

• Achieve assigned sales targets.
  

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in sales preferred.
  

• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can apply.
  

• Good communication and convincing skills.
  

• Positive and confident personality.
  

• Basic computer knowledge.
  

• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
  

• Willingness to travel within the assigned local area.
  

• Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
  

• Experience in PVC products, interior products, or building materials will be an advantage.
