Role Overview – Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in print design, branding, industrial communication, and visual storytelling.

The Ideal Candidate Should Be Capable Of Designing

• Premium brochures and catalogs
• Technical infographics
• Exhibition graphics and booth visuals
• Product inserts and diary inserts
• LinkedIn and digital campaign creatives
• Presentation decks and marketing collateral
• Brand communication assets for global industrial brands
  
  

This role requires both creativity and execution discipline, along with an understanding of print-production standards and modern AI-assisted workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Branding & Design
• Design premium brochures, catalogs, flyers, inserts, and company profiles
• Create modern industrial infographics and product explainers
• Develop exhibition booth graphics, standees, banners, and backdrop designs
• Design LinkedIn creatives, presentations, and digital campaign assets
• Maintain consistency across company and principal brand guidelines
• Translate technical products into visually compelling communication
  

Print & Production

• Prepare print-ready artwork with proper bleed, margins, CMYK profiles, and resolution standards
• Coordinate with printers and production vendors when required
• Ensure high-quality output for offset and digital printing
  
  

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, marketing, management, and technical teams
• Understand industrial products and convert technical concepts into attractive visuals
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva, and Adobe Firefly to accelerate creative workflows
  
  

Brand Development

• Help build a premium and modern industrial brand identity
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, exhibitions, product launches, and storytelling initiatives
• Support creation of editable templates and scalable marketing systems
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or print communication
• Strong portfolio showcasing brochures, catalogs, infographics, branding, and exhibition graphics
• Excellent understanding of typography, spacing, layout hierarchy, and branding aesthetics
• Strong print-production knowledge including bleed, CMYK, resolution, and export settings
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or B2B sectors will be preferred
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects
