Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Transmission Aggregate assembly / Testing of tractor
• Transmission assembly process and functional testing knowledge is essential.
• Transmission types and field application gear /speed knowledge is essential.
• Hands on experience assembly practices of transmission  manufacturing and quality setting parameters.
• Ensure quality of aggregates through Product & Process audits.
• Experience in Quality assurance function in assembly plant transmission assembly.
• Handling overall Product audit and Process audit on assembly line.
• Knowledge of quality tools like 7 QC, Why Why analysis.
• Analysing customer complaints, Assembly line rejection, Supplier parts analysis and taking corrective actions, Standardizing all the Quality Procedure. 
• Continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality.
• Implementation of POKA-YOKES to eliminate human error.
• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit, SPC and MSA studies.
• Responsible for Engineering Change Management Process, 
• Smooth launch of new model / new variants.
