Back Office Sales Executive

We are looking for a Back Office Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, following up on leads, generating new business, and converting enquiries into sales.

The role also involves handling customers visiting our showroom, preparing quotations and dealer proposals, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customer enquiries and leads through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
  

• Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
  

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
  

• Develop new accounts and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
  

• Prepare quotations and dealer proposals.
  

• Negotiate with customers and dealers and close sales.
  

• Respond to customer calls, emails, and messages promptly.
  

• Welcome and assist customers, interior designers, contractors, and other visitors at the showroom.
  

• Maintain records of leads, customer details, follow-ups, and sales.
  

• Coordinate with the sales and other internal teams for smooth order processing.
  

• Keep updated with product details and provide accurate information to customers.
  

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, back-office sales, or customer handling.
  

• Graduate in any discipline.
  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM software.
  

• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
  

• Ability to negotiate and close sales.
  

• Good organizational and time-management skills.
  

• Positive, proactive, and willing to learn.
  

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  

• Experience in PVC products, interior products, building materials, or similar industries will be an advantage.
