Job Responsibilities**

Job Qualifications**

* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
