Job Description
- Lead end-to-end execution of projects from handover through final completion.
- Develop project plans, milestones, delivery schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage project risks and delays.
- Coordinate closely with design, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and site execution teams.
- Drive project governance through reviews, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage customer relationships, escalations, and overall project satisfaction.
- Track critical project KPIs related to cost, quality, schedule adherence, and customer expectations.
- Build and lead a high-performing project management function while driving process improvements and best practices.
- 13-20 years of experience in Project Management within PEB, structural steel, EPC, industrial construction, or related sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience managing large and complex projects from order receipt through commissioning.
- Strong exposure to client-facing project management environments.
- Expertise in project planning tools, monitoring systems, and MIS reporting.
- Strong commercial understanding of project costs, margins, and resource utilisation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing and project execution environment.
