Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Key responsibilities:

Drive retail sales growth and achieve business targets across the assigned territory.

Develop and strengthen the dealer and channel network to improve market penetration.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and timely order execution.

Identify business opportunities and generate demand through dealers, influencers, and key customers.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market position.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and other key stakeholders.

Monitor sales performance, market trends, and channel effectiveness to drive corrective actions.

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and post-sales support.

Prepare and present periodic business reviews, sales forecasts, and market insights to management.

Key Skills & Competencies

Proven track record in driving sales growth, market development, and achieving business targets.
Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to provide effective business solutions.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Good understanding of market trends, competition, and channel management practices.

Experience

Education, Skills & Experience

Education – B.Tech/ Diploma

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Industry Preferred
