• Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing them with necessary information and guidance
• Check-in passengers and their baggage, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and weight restrictions
• Handle passenger queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with boarding and deboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for passengers
• Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure efficient and timely operations
• Load and unload baggage and cargo from aircraft, adhering to safety protocols
• Conduct security checks on passengers and their baggage
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to ensure smooth operations
• Handle any emergency situations that may arise, following established protocols and procedures Requirements:
• Minimum educational qualification of 10+2 or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy baggage
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and applications
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not mandatory
