Manager – Compliance
Raipur, Chhattisgarh | 8–10 yrs | ₹10–12 LPA | LLB/LLM
Own statutory, legal, factory and environmental compliance across our manufacturing units.
What you’ll do
- Manage licences, NOCs, renewals and statutory returns across factory, labour, boiler, electrical and fire laws
- Coordinate CTE/CTO and environmental clearances with CECB
- Liaise with government departments and inspectorates for approvals and inspections
- Vet contracts and legal documents, and coordinate with external counsel
- Maintain the compliance calendar and report status to management
What we need
- 8–10 yrs in statutory compliance in manufacturing
- Hands-on government liaisoning experience
- Strong knowledge of factory, environmental, land and labour laws
