Requirements:

MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in Orthopedic Surgery (MS Ortho or DNB Ortho).
Completion of a recognized fellowship or training program in Joint Replacement Surgery (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates).
Strong foundation in surgical anatomy, biomechanics, and arthroplasty principles.
Proficiency in using surgical instruments, navigation systems, and implant-specific instrumentation.
Excellent hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and ability to work under pressure in high-stakes environments.
Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent state medical council).
Willingness to work in a fast-paced hospital setting with rotating on-call responsibilities.
